Fran Ito
Performance Assurance
Manager
Fran Ito has more than 32 years of management experience at hazardous waste and U.S. Department of Energy nuclear facilities. He has held positions of responsibility in nuclear reactor operation, hazardous waste treatment and disposal, safety, health and quality assurance management and nuclear facility management.
As performance assurance manager, Ito is responsible for directives management and continuous improvement initiatives.
He holds bachelor’s degrees from the Oregon State University in engineering physics and nuclear engineering.
