Shane Hendrickson

Act Coordinator
Shane Hendrickson has over sixteen years professional experience, primarily in the areas of analysis and performance improvement for government programs. He has held positions of responsibility at Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Nevada Test Site and the National Security Agency.
As the WTS Compliance Program Coordinator, Hendrickson is the principle interface with the DOE Office of Enforcement and is tasked with championing safety compliance and helping drive continuous improvement.
Hendrickson is a native of New Mexico; who, along with his wife Jennifer, is dedicated to supporting the continuing tradition of exceptional safety performance at WIPP. As WTS employees, both are committed to assuring a safe and healthy environment for their family and for all families in surrounding communities.
