David Freeman
Chief Nuclear Engineer
and Engineering Manager
Dave Freeman has more than 30 years of experience at various Department of Energy and U.S. Naval nuclear facilities. He has held positions of responsibility in TRU waste management, nuclear safety, environmental, health and safety management, engineering, facility management and reactor plant operations.
As Chief Nuclear Engineer, Freeman is responsible for the overall engineering, nuclear safety and technical support for the WIPP site.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in civil engineering.
