Wes Bryan
Site Operations
and Disposal Manager
Wes Bryan has more than 19 years of experience in the nuclear industry and more than 13 years in operations at the Savannah River Site and WIPP. During his professional career, he has handled issues related to conceptual design, construction and startup, management and operating, de-inventory and deactivation.
Specifically, Bryan has provided operational and radiological expertise, support and coordination for the successful restart of three chemical separations facilities, startup of two nuclear material management facilities, and de-inventory and deactivation of two nuclear facilities.
During his career, Bryan has also chaired site-level committees such as Behavior Based Safety at SRS, and led site-level task teams, investigations, site-level assessments and corporate initiatives. He believes in a leadership system grounded in safety, disciplined operations and employee involvement.
